Measure the success of your business

In order for a campaign to be successful, analyzing and monitoring it is the key. This is the most objective way of observing your clients' behavior and consequently taking action in order to achieve your desired goals. Today, we would like to present you with Marketing Reporting; a group of metrics which allows you to follow your beauty salon's marketing campaigns, such as the Points Program and the Refer a Friend program. You can use these metrics  to find out if you are achieving your desired goals. This way, thanks to a set of data and graphics, you can keep track of the most important information related to your clients, such as how many clients have exchanged their points, how many points have been generated by the Refer a Friend program, how many cards have been issued and how many have been used....

At FLOWww, we recommend that you use this new feature as a monitoring tool, as it is efficient and easy to use. Furthermore, it allows you to customize statistics and adapt them to suit your needs. You can even choose the point of time at which you wish to monitor your statistics.

You can obtain reports and print them whenever you choose, although it is recommendable to obtain this report at least once a month and/or after a specific campaign to determine its success or failure. This way, once you have monitored your campaigns for at least a year, you will be able to come to some conclusions about your customers' behavior depending on the different seasons of the year, campaigns, periods of time etc..

Last of all, when it comes to elaborating marketing reports at your beauty salon, take into account that analyzing them involves a lot more than just looking at numbers; the most important thing once you have obtained the appropriate data, is knowing how to interpret it. In order to do this, remember to always compare the data, especially with the data from the previous month and with the data from the same month of the previous year. In this way, you can determine if it is a trend, a coincidence or the fruit of a specific action.

Now you have yet another tool for analyzing promotions. By measuring, observing and analyzing the results of your campaigns, you can optimize each of them and get the highest return from the investment (ROI).
